how to grant a normal user the root right?
Can anybody tell me how to grant a normal user with root right? without using any thrid party software like sudo.

You gave good answer for this question.
The solution is edit /etc/passwd file and give the UID and GID of root as same for the user and reset the passwd and check it. It will work good.
