I just format the partition and re-install the Windows Server 2003 SBE - but when finish installation from CD and RESTART I get error Windows system32 config system - file missing/ corrupt

I have search other forum/ post ... they ask to copy from repair folder - but since I did fresh resinstallation - there is nothing inside the Repair folder...
